Elevator installation

The elevator is a kind of electric motor driven vertical lift, with box shaped car cabin for multistory buildings taking passengers or carrying goods.Which is well known passenger elevator and freight elevator.There are steps type, step plate installed in continuous operation of the track, commonly known as the escalator or moving walk.Service to the fixed floor of the fixed lifting equipment.And vertical elevator equipment having a car cabin,and run in at least two columns of a vertical or inclined angle less than 15 degrees between the rigid guide rail.

Now let’s see the elevator installation steps and methods.

1.Elevator installation method

According to the actual situation, we use the construction site crane installation method.That will lift the crane base, the first three sections of the standard section,basic fence, cage, driving plate installation, then adding installation, until it reaches the height.

2.Elevator installation steps

(1)Installation of foundation frame (base).

Use the level of instrument (ruler) leveling standard interface, and fill the gap between the base frame and the infill, and then tighten the anchor bolts.

(2)Bottom three section guide rail installation.

(3)Car cabin installation.

After the installation the six buffer spring on the framework ,use tower crane to lift the cage, slowly in place on the standard section, placed in the buffer spring.

(4)Installation of driving device.

Construction elevator installation notes:

1.The Installation personnel of the elevator construction must be approved by the special safety training, examination of qualified certificates.

2.The operator must be familiar with the performance of the operation of the elevator, construction, maintenance knowledge.

3.Construction of the elevator around 5m, shall not be stacked flammable items and other debris.Not in the range of trenching, pits, grooves. The inlet should lift the ground erection protective shed.

4.It is strictly prohibited to use derrick construction elevator horizontal pulling cable support and other slogans and lift irrelevant articles.

5.The same site construction of tower crane or other lifting machinery shall be away from the construction of the elevator 5m above, and shall have reliable collision avoidance measures.

6.After the construction of the elevator installation, must be inspected and accepted by the relevant personnel then to be put into use.
